Hi, I'm Rachel 

I help others see their natural talents and abilities and use that to raise their game!

I do this by getting people to identify their natural strengths and capabilities, what is important to them and then building the self-belief and confidence to get what needs to be done.

People usually know WHAT they want or need to do, it’s just they need help on HOW to get there.

That’s where I come in

This can be done 1-2-1 through Coaching or enabling a group to work together to solve the problem - Consulting

These could be teams or individuals.

This is usually done in workshops or 1-2-1, virtual or in person.

It helps build a pragmatic & realistic plan to achieve the goals set out by yourself, your team or organization.

My approach to Coaching is to offer a safe and supportive space to talk about the challenges you face, help you unravel your own thoughts and produce your own approach to solving the problems you’re facing.

I do this via 1-2-1 sessions virtually, in person or even whilst out walking to feel the benefit of a supportive positive environment.

I first experienced the power of coaching  during my MA in Leadership at Henley Business School

My coaching accreditation is with The Coach House and have undergone CPD in coaching on Health & Wellbeing and in AI.

 

 

Consulting

I have over 25 years experience in large global multinational companies in the Energy sector both in consultancies and operators.

I started my career as a subsurface data and software technical professional, working in data management, training and workflow and application support. This soon evolved into feedback to software development, testing and technology deployment and adoption.

Integrating technical and behavioural change management skills is the key to success as people are the ones who need to buy in to the new solution and feel like it is worth the change, through improved efficiency, cost savings or unlocking new or automated workflows using latest technology such as AI, ML or compute power.

As I have evolved I have experienced building and lead high performing teams to delivering technical and culture transformational change projects and programs from workflow or process improvement to software development projects.
