About Me
I am Rachel,
Throughout my career as a leader in tech and energy and volunteering at schools, one thing remains constant - developing people is fundamental to achieving greatness - and incredibly fulfilling when you see it happen.
I have had the privilege of leading teams of varying sizes, from small, focused groups to large, multifaceted teams, each with unique challenges and goals. My expertise lies in managing change, overseeing significant projects, and fostering an environment where teams can thrive.
I am transitioning into a new phase of my career as I become an accredited coach, something I have done for a while within my roles naturally. This shift is motivated by my passion for enhancing leadership skills and seeking opportunities where I can make a meaningful impact. I firmly believe that effective leadership is not just about technical expertise; it’s about understanding the dynamics of a team and the challenges they face, especially in an ever-evolving technological landscape.
I have a background across multiple countries and cultures and each of these have brought their own challenges whether from a business, people or personal perspective. I have navigated turbulent times in the industry, as a community member and as a parent and having experienced coaching first hand and the value it can bring inspired me to learn more and become a role model for coaching in my own career and give back the magic to others.
I am active and enjoy all sports so pursuing my Personal Training qualification and offer Coaching while walking, hiking or even jogging
