I've had the privilege of working with Rachel for over eight years, and in that time, her support has been nothing short of transformative. From guiding me through the challenges of a PhD to helping me prepare for high-stakes interviews and ultimately securing a job in an incredibly tough market, Rachel has been a constant source of insight, encouragement, and strategic advice.

What sets Rachel apart is her deeply personal approach—she doesn’t hand you the answers, but instead helps you uncover them for yourself. Her style is warm, friendly, and empowering, making even the most daunting career decisions feel manageable.

For anyone trying to navigate the complexities of the energy industry, I can't recommend Rachel highly enough. She is, without a doubt, the best of the best
